Crispy Tonkotsu Schnitzel Ramen

Recipe by smini_licious .

Ingredients for one serving:
- 1 glass of TADA Tonkotsu broth
- 1 pack of TADA Ramen noodles
- 1 small, crispy fried pork schnitzel
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A splash of chili oil or chili crisp (to taste)
- Some onions, chopped
- Some sprouts
- Some basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Prepare the pork schnitzel by first dredging it in flour, then dipping it in beaten egg and finally crumbling it in panko.

2. Fry the breaded schnitzel in a pan with hot sesame oil until golden brown. After frying, drain the schnitzel on kitchen paper and cut into strips.

3. Cook the Tada Ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

Heat the tonkotsu broth in a pot and add the chopped onions. Let the broth simmer over low heat.

Place the Tada Ramen noodles in a serving bowl and pour the tonkotsu broth over them

Place the crispy schnitzel strips on the broth and drizzle with sesame oil. Add chili oil or chili crisp to taste for a spicy touch.

Scatter sprouts and fresh basil leaves over the ramen as a garnish.

Tip: The secret of this dish is that the fat remaining in the pan from the fried schnitzel is added to the broth to achieve an especially savory taste.
