    Product Information

Vegan Miso Ramen - Of course with tradition
Our Miso Ramen is based on an authentic Japanese vegetable broth. Fermented soybeans and ginger are two important ingredients in our Miso Tare, the traditional spice paste for ramen, which is already contained in the jar.
Miso Ramen is the most traditional and popular ramen variant. We recommend fresh vegetables and tofu as toppings.
Basic price: €11.40 per 1 liter

Spicy Tantan Ramen - Of course a taste explosion
Our Tantan Ramen is based on an intensive chicken broth made from 100% organic chicken and fresh vegetables. Sesame, chili and fermented soybeans are key ingredients in our Tantan Tare, a traditional spice paste for ramen.
As toppings we recommend fried minced meat and marinated eggs (Ajitsuke Tamago)
Basic price: €11.40 per 1 liter

Mild Tonkotsu Ramen - Naturally creamy
The careful preparation creates an incomparably creamy pork bone broth with a mild tonkotsu taste. The long cooking time gives the broth a special depth and complexity that unfolds on the tongue and pampers the palate. The aroma of the broth is unmistakable and immediately brings back memories of the street kitchens of Japan.
Basic price: €11.40 per 1 liter

    Kinoko Ramen - Naturally Umami
Kinoko Ramen's Kinoko Mushroom Broth is carefully crafted to create a rich and earthy flavor. The oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms provide a rich, umami flavor that is further enhanced by the addition of soy sauce and other spices.
Basic price: €11.40 per 1 liter

    How is the broth prepared?

If you want to make the soup on the stove , pour the contents of the jar into a pot. Set the stove to a low to medium heat, depending on your stove type, to gently heat the soup. Stir the soup occasionally to ensure it heats evenly. The broth should not boil, just get hot.

If you want to use the microwave , pour the contents of the jar into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover the bowl loosely with a microwave-safe lid or microwave wrap to prevent splattering. Heat the soup over medium heat. Pay attention to the soup
Don't leave it in the microwave too long to allow the soup to cook

It is generally important not to bring the broth to a boil to avoid overheating or changing the flavor.
