Angebratenes Tempeh

Fried tempeh

Ingredients:

  • 200g tempeh
  • Vegetable broth
  • oil

Preparation:

  1. Cook tempeh in vegetable broth for 15 minutes
  2. Cut the tempeh into slices
  3. Fry tempeh slices in a little oil.
    Tip: Use sesame or chili oil for frying
