Successful appearance in the “Lion’s Den” – Our experience as a startup
On April 10, 2023, we and TADA Ramen had the chance to appear on VOX in the television show “The Lions’ Den”. It was an exciting experience and we are pleased that we were able to present our products to the experienced investors.
A total of five lions were represented in the show: Carsten Maschmayer, Tillmann Schulz, Dagmar Wöhrl, Nils Glagau and Ralf Dümmel. We were thrilled to receive praise from investors during our performance. Carsten Maschmayer, who is considered particularly critical, described our noodles as the tastiest Asian noodles he had ever eaten. That was a special highlight for us.
In the end we received two great offers from Ralf Lümmel and Nils Glaugau. Both investors were convinced of our product and our business idea. However, we decided to work with Nils.
The time and experience in the “Lion’s Den” has brought us further. Not only did we receive an investment, but also the attention of the public. Since the shipment, we have received numerous orders and inquiries, which show us that our product is generating great interest.
Overall, our appearance in the “Lion’s Den” was a great experience and helped us to further advance our startup. The collaboration with Nils and his entire Rock B(r)and team is very good and we are looking forward to many new topics that are coming up.
