1 glass of Tantan chicken broth
100 g ramen noodles 🍜
1/2 cup minced meat (beef or pork) 🥩
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice mix 🍂
Spice Up seasoning paste 🌶️
Thinly sliced spring onions
1 soft-boiled egg 🥚
Seaweed, for garnish 🌿
Stir tahini sauce 🍯 into the broth
Cut off the top of the pumpkin and hollow it out to create a bowl-like shape. Season the inside with a pinch of pumpkin spice mix. 🎃🍂
